Karlynn comes to Kansas

HI Everyone-

I know.  I haven't written in a long time.  We have been busy but I would like to catch each of you up.  Here are the things that have going on in our world....

#1 The Outside of our Loft Building is Complete!

#2 Karlynn Comes to Visit for A Month!

#3 We ALL Get Influenza B for Three Weeks.

Yep.  There has been lots going on.  Be sure to check the photo album for my latest additions. The newest thing in my world has been working on new video creation and video promotions for Tea Events.  Some of these are serious and some of them are funny but they have all been part of the learning curve.  Currently I am working on building an entirely new TeaEvents.com website filled with interactive video presentations.  April (my Washington Kansas assistant) and I have been diving in daily to sort out the new technology.

Instead of telling you all about what we are doing I thought I would just post the videos for you to watch. Hope you enjoy them.

This is my first kitchen cooking video.  After we shot this video we went out an bought lights but this was a fun start.

My Tea Journey:

This was our first attempt at telling a comic story.  It wasn't great but it was a creative way to get started and we are going to post it for fun on the new Tea Events website.

I am working on a new website that will have this video at the beginning of the home page. 

Hello from Jamaica!

It's that time of year again... Tea Cruise promotion time.  This year we are going to the Grand Cayman Islands and Jamaica on a 5 night cruise.  Want to come?  We would love to have you... just let me know...

Brian has kept busy working hard to learn his new investments business. He has started a small business using an office space in our bedroom. In his spare time he is working bit by bit on the Tea Events building. We have the paint picked now and he promises to start spraying this week.

I cannot wait! Karlynn has kept us super busy. We have taken her to Marysville Kansas, Lincoln NE., Abilene Kansas, Steele City NE, Beatrice NE and all around the Washington County region. She leaves for home on September 3rd from Kansas.

Karlynn has worked for me a few hours each week being a gopher for our video production. She has also been learning to type and to cook. Swimming and new friends have rounded out her activity schedule and she has braved a few short motorcycle rides with her uncle.

Of course, roomers have been flying here in Washington.  Some say Karlynn is Brian's daughter by his previous marriage. (that is news to me)  Others say that Karlynn is my daughter from my previous relationship.  A few think she is both of ours and was in boarding school until now.  April (my assistant) has been telling people we bought her on ebay!  Tongues have been a wagging. :)
